HOW YOU START
MSC TRAINING CAMP - 30 day intro
This program meets everyone where you are at (beginner to advanced lifters) with a personalized program. You start with a one on one success session with our Head Coach. Then you will work through an 8 session program that will teach you strength training fundamentals, work on any imbalances/correctives you need and also address your specific goals (learning a specific lift, fat loss, building strength, mobility, etc).
WHAT WE DO
Semi Private is just what it sounds like... sorta private! It is a very small group of up to only 6 members working with 1 coach. Everyone in the entire gym gets a specific and custom program written for them to address weaknesses, build overall strength, and address their specific fitness goals.
ONE ON ONE
Private Training clients get one on one attention. A flexible schedule and availability to schedule times outside of our regular classes. Access to outside support and our private training Facebook portal for bonus content, accountability and outside challenges.
Small Group Training sessions compliment our Semi Private Program. Members can choose a membership that gives them between 1-3 additional group classes per week to work on conditioning, building strength, and mobility training to further customize their program to fit their needs.
