MSC Training Camp is designed to meet you where you are at and get you acclimated to the MSC Way:)
2 Small Group Personal Training Sessions Per Week
Each person executing their own specifically designed program.. like personal training with buddies!
1 Group Session Per Week
Choose from Kettlebell, Row, Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon), or Mobility.
Strategy Session with Head Coach
We get it, we've tried it all too. We are here to guide you through a personalized sustainable program for a strong life, because fitness shouldn't hurt.
We believe strength training should enhance your life, it doesn’t need to take it over. We design programs based on your schedule and your goals to ensure you can stay consistent, because consistency is the key ingredient in your strong pie (and we love pie)...Family, friends, sleep, training, food and fun… they are all equally important to living your most balanced life.
WHAT WE DO
Small Group PT (also called Semi Private Training) is a very small group of up to only 7 members working with 1 coach. Everyone in the entire gym gets a specific and custom program written for them to address weaknesses, build overall strength, and address their specific fitness goals.
ONE ON ONE
Private Training clients get one on one attention. A flexible schedule and availability to schedule times outside of our regular classes. Access to outside support and our private training Facebook portal for bonus content, accountability and outside challenges.

There's this golf hole I have been playing for 15 years. I have very rarely reached the pond on this long par 4... now I have to scale back a club because I’m reaching the pond. It’s all the rotational training I do here, it’s huge.
The energy that you are surrounded by at MSC makes the workout enjoyable and go by so quickly! I enjoy every class and I feel so comfortable when attempting something new for the first time.
