21 DAY KICK IN THE PANTS
This program meets everyone where you are at (beginner to advanced lifters) with a personalized program. You will work through a 9 session program that will teach you strength training fundamentals, work on any imbalances/correctives you need and also address your specific goals (learning a specific lift, fat loss, building strength, mobility, etc). This is bound to give you a good ol' kick in the pants
